This kind of understanding comes only through actual legal experience.  Each member of the TS Placement's Professional Team has worked either as a paralegal, attorney, law firm administrator or legal recruiter. This type of real life experience makes it possible for TS to not only find precisely the right candidate but also to help our clients flesh out their unique requirements.

 Although you may not always be able to predict upcoming projects or staffing needs, we will work proactively to recruit the type of employees you need to ensure a pool of qualified employees are available when you call.  We aggressively recruit top legal professionals to join us.  Every position in the law firm – from accounting clerks to law firm administrators from project attorneys who speak Japanese to litigation partners with a million dollar book of business.  Part of our time each day is spent seeking out candidates who are  not actively searching for a new position.
